Extraterrestrial Life and UFOs

Like so many of you, I’ve always been fascinated by extraterrestrial life and UFOs.

Over the years, I’ve asked my spirit guide, Ben, many questions about this.

What he shared with me is both mind-expanding and hopeful.

I want to pass it on to you warmly and honestly.

What my spirit guide Ben says about ET life

“There are many other planets in different universes that are similar to Earth, but each has its own pace of evolution. Yes, on Earth we speak of one universe, but there are dozens of universes. Some civilizations are much further advanced than we are. Their beings look very different because they have evolved for much longer.

On Earth, we call them ‘extraterrestrial life’ — that is correct. In the not-too-distant future, this reality will become known to humanity. For a long time, information has been kept quiet because of power, money and fear, but that is changing. The pressure from outside is growing, and the old structures of control are slowly crumbling.

The moment is coming when it can no longer be hidden. With the new era on Earth, the power of those who kept this information secret is diminishing. This news will confuse some people who are strongly attached to old, fear-based beliefs. They will be invited to find their own truth in their hearts instead of blindly following others. It will take time, but their guides will help them. Many other people will feel positive and excited, for new insights and a broader view of reality will be born.”

My own feelings about this

When Ben told me all this, I felt a bit down for a moment. It made me painfully aware of how far our collective consciousness on Earth still is from a world without power struggles, hatred and suffering.

But, Ben gently replied:

“Barbara, don’t look at it in black and white. Every era is necessary to grow into the next one. Try to focus on all the beautiful things that are already happening and that are still to come. Find optimism and strength in that.”

That helped me shift my perspective. Instead of feeling discouraged, I now feel hopeful. We are on the threshold of big changes, including the moment when we will officially meet our cosmic (near and far) neighbors.
